I am passionate about biotech. It is the satisfaction of optimising complex processes or solving the scale up puzzle that drives me.

Trained in biotechnology at Wageningen University & Research (WUR), I have over 20 years of experience in developing and optimising processes — taking them from the lab to pilot and industrial scale. My journey began in a large corporate environment, where I led process improvements and implementations at multiple plants. In recent years, I’ve moved towards consulting, supporting both start-ups and established companies.

I truly enjoy working alongside your team to uncover and solve process challenges — especially when solutions aren’t straightforward. Combining your team’s process knowledge with my experience often leads to breakthroughs. The fast-paced dynamics and thrill of a time-critical production run genuinely energise me.
